Our responsible EMR rate that is well below industry standard is a testament to the attitudes and culture that is enforced on our jobsites to ensure the safety of all workers, jobsite personnel, and tenant occupants. We encourage our workforce to be alert, safety conscious, and proactive in eliminating potential safety hazards.
To ensure our entire team has the training and education to put safety first, we require all of our employees to be part of our Workplace Safety Committee. This committee meets regularly for hands-on training about new and improved construction techniques, tools and equipment that make their work more efficient and safe, and more. JPs Contracting’s Workplace Safety Committee has been certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry since its inception over a decade ago.
