Once we’ve finished all of our Pre-Construction processes like submitting a construction estimate, putting together a construction schedule, and more, and are officially awarded a new build or renovation project, we begin the Construction Management phase of our work. In this phase we oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction from beginning to end.
Our team obtains permits, negotiates and writes subcontract agreements, orders materials, schedules tasks for all parties involved, performs quality reviews, ensures site safety, conducts periodic team meetings, tracks costs, manages any change orders, and communicates with everyone involved in the project.
