Special Pathogens Laboratory, The Legionella Experts®, provides expertise in the detection, control, and remediation of Legionella and other waterborne pathogens. Special Pathogens Laboratory was moving to a new location in the Forbes-Stevenson Building across the street from UPMC Mercy in downtown Pittsburgh, and they hired JPs Contracting to perform the buildout of the new space.
SPL’s new office space is one of JPs’ largest buildouts to date, consisting of over 12,000 square feet of offices, laboratory space, walk-in coolers, common areas and break rooms, and more.
