JPs Contracting Inc performed the interior construction package for a shared tenant / collaborative work space on the first floor of Foster Plaza Building 9 called the Business Confluence. The modern workspace is made up of conference rooms, collaboration rooms, a café area, and a recreation room and is used for conference, corporate gatherings, and social events.

JPs Contracting’s team of carpenters and laborers handled framing, drywall hanging, and drywall finishing; furnishing and installing acoustical ceiling tiles, doors, frames, hardware, restroom accessories, and fire extinguishers; installing a custom feature wall; fire-rated wood blocking; patching existing walls; and more.
